Molded Fiberglass Gratings
SPARK molded fiberglass grating is a fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) created by combining fiberglass rovings with thermosetting resins to produce a strong, single-piece molded panel. Featuring a 65% resin to 35% glass weight ratio, it delivers outstanding corrosion resistance. An applied grit surface enhances slip resistance, making it well-suited for harsh, corrosive environments.
Pultruded Fiberglass Gratings
SPARK Pultruded fiberglass grating is crafted from premium isophthalic polyester, vinyl ester, or phenolic resin systems, reinforced with a synthetic surfacing veil for superior durability, corrosion resistance, and lightweight performance. Designed with a grit surface for improved safety, it offers a higher strength-to-weight ratio than molded grating. With a 35% resin to 65% glass composition, it delivers greater strength while offering slightly reduced corrosion resistance, making it ideal for applications requiring extended span capabilities.
